Junho Lee is New York-based South Korean art director/designer working, surviving and creating in New York City. He studied advertising and design at the School of Visual Arts. He has been constantly capturing moments of his everyday life as a form of reminiscing and communication.

Junho’s photographs celebrate the serendipitous harmony in composition, form and emotions (sometimes colours) found in quotidian life. Uncovering unexpected joy and frustration that comes from life’s experiences through film photography motivates Junho to keep capturing such moments with cameras even older than he is. Time and again he finds himself ordering new sets of film off ebay to confide in the surprising emotions as opposed to the almost guaranteed disappointment from buying Megamillions at his local deli.
